Army invades Nablus, Balata refugee camp

Army invaded on Thursday the West Bank city of Nablus and the nearby Balata refugee camp, local sources reported.

Soldiers invaded the city form all directions, surrounded AL Ashkar building and searched it looking for claimed wanted residents, eyewitness reported.

Also, troops invaded the nearby Balata refugee camp, fired rounds of live ammunition, and conducted wide scaled search there, local sources reported.

No arrests were reported.

Army attacks three residents in Hebron

Army attacked and clubbed three residents, late Wednesday night, in the old city of Hebron, eyewitness reported.

Bishara AL Jabari, 19, his brother Jehad AL Jabari, 17, and Elian AL Jabari, 17, were badly bruised to several parts of their bodies after being attacked by the soldiers, medical sources reported.

Soldiers attacked the three residents in front of their houses which are adjacent to the Abraham mosque in the old city of Hebron.

Soldiers detained the three youth for several hours after attacking them, Zeid AL Jabari the Father of the two brothers reported.

Police arrests seven Palestinian workers in Nazareth

Israeli police arrested seven Palestinian workers in Nazareth in the Galilee while doing construction work in the city, Israeli sources said.

According to the source, the seven were arrested since they did not carry work permits which enable them to work in Israel.

Also, the source added that three of them were sent back to the West Bank while the other four remained in detention.

The Palestinian Workers Union condemned the arrest and demanded the workers' immediate release.

Homemade shell fired at army post at Gush Katif

Palestinian resistance fired, on Friday at down, a home made shell an army post in the Gush Katif settlement Bloc in the Gaza Strip, one soldier was injured.

Khaled AL Akbar brigades, the military wing of Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, claimed responsibility for the attack.

The brigades issued a press release stating that this attack was carried out as a response to the Israeli aggression against the Palestinians.
